 | Advantage or Disadvantage of this place base on my experienced as i held my Birthday party in here ..
Advantage- i really appreciate their place particularly the pool and the set ups.
Disadvantage- The staff services i would say really FAILED
*its located in the top of the mountain so expected bit uncivilize so they should pay attention of making a 24 hr store open inside their place as sometimes unexpectedly things happend in the middle of the night specially those people who is planning for an overnight celebration.
*no phone signal any network
*i dont personally like the way they prepare the foods in the buffet .(based on what we agreed)
*i hired to them a transportation for better and convenient journey for my friends and family but instead it was like a nightmare that hustle everyone as the transportation vehicle arrived 3 hrs LATE.
*the resort staff needs orientation for atleast to justify the word SERVICE.
i hope that this complaints or disadvantages about this place based on what i experienced,the management should do an actons regarding about this. |
